When using the Square®, Venmo®, or PayPal® payment service, please be sure to fill out all forms and text boxes related to your transaction to ensure your payment is credited to the appropriate account.

IF YOU ARE PAYING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER OR USING A CARD IN THE NAME OF SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE CLIENT'S ACCOUNT TO WHICH THE SUM IS TO BE CREDITED, PLEASE ADD THE CLIENT NAME IN THE DESCRIPTION ON THE  PAYMENT PAGE AND CONTACT LONG LAW OFFICE TO ENSURE PROPER CREDITING.  IF YOU ARE MAKING A PAYMENT ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER THROUGH VENMO, PLEASE COMMUNICATE THE PAYMENT DETAILS TO LONG LAW OFFICE TO ENSURE PROPER CREDITING.

† Outstanding balances, criminal fees, indirect trust deposits, and expense reimbursements are examples of payments which may be made using credit cards and our online payment options. 

* Credit Card and Debit Card Payments will be charged a convenience fee in the approximate amount of three percent (3.5%). Specifically, Square swipe, tap, or card insert transactions are assessed a fee of 2.6% plus $0.30 per transaction; Manual card entry and Square online link transactions are assessed a fee of 3.3% plus $0.30 per transaction.   VENMO payments are assessed a fee of 1.9% plus $0.10 per transaction.

Please be advised that if you pay your bill in the amount shown on your statement, the convenience fee assessed could result in a remaining balance on your account in the amount of said fee.
